Peterson's Standard Mixture pipe tobacco is the same blend produced under the Dunhill brand.  Standard Mixture is a blend of the choicest matured Virginia and select Turkish tobaccos.  The Virginia gives a rich flavour and touch of natural sweetness while the Turkish leaf imparts a grand aroma. This mixture possess a soft mellow (nutty?) flavor that's difficult to define but recognized at once by every pipe smoker.
